Hey my colleague film-lovers,

 

Today we wanna tell you about the movie "Prometheus".

Wow, confusion in its entirety!! Leaving you still unsatisfied with super many questions and yet so little answers. The final question for me is: was this the birth of the first "Alien" ??? Beautiful settings, well acted but a so confusing storyline. Also found that, at one time, there was a bit too much omitted, and that part you will find back in the extras (in the bonus). I found some twists very predictable, And, although I'm a SIFI fan, I wonder why it is sometimes so absurd "milked out" and why it never once could just start at the beginning rather than in the reverse order (as with "STAR WARS "). You can best qualify this movie as 'complex', at some times a bit too complex, I think. It could also just be me, but it's a weird, sometimes quite absurd and surreal film. I, myself am a bit disappointed, what you, rebel?

 

A 5/10 for me.

Prometheus was a good movie, a lot of tension and, in my eyes, one humorous scene. But the film left me indeed with too many questions, probably to make a sequel. The movie was very confusing, you can puzzle it a little bit together, but there are still large gaps in the plot. All in all a good invention for the formation of "Alien", if that was there goal,

 

I give it a 6/10

I found Dark shadows a funny and cool movie but I thought it was going to be more humor in it.
The trailer seemed funnier then the actual movie!!! Can you believe it? It had nice wendings and a good story.
The effects were cool too... But I simply expected more! It had unexpected things and that's was nice...
And it had a predictable ending!

I give it a diserved 6/10 just because the trailer was much funnier then the movie

Hey film-lovers,

The combination Depp - Burton - Bonham Carter guarantee success. Fantastic fantasy film, as is always the case with this trio.
I was seriously impressed by the whole cast ! The exceeding great Michelle Pfeiffer played her role with great gusto, like Eva Green, a hot & sexy vamp, who played the tiles of the roof. Depp also put , as always, an extremely credible character down, well, I was and will always be a fan of this great actor.
And then the sets: incredibly impressive, what else can you expect from the Tim Burton??? FABULOUS and MAGIC!
The story was excellent conceived, elaborated and interpreted. Only the end was a bit disappointing because the predictability, such a shame because that brings the points down a bit.
All I really did not have the heart to give less than 8/10 because of the wonderful acting, the magnificent settings, the yet some unforeseen twists and inventiveness that so typifies Burton, because he and it was masterful.
Next time the end slightly less predictable, although I realize that such is not simple.

And as I already said in my other blog (vegge-wav): perfection is so boring.

So a 8/10 .

The film had a good and emotional storyline. They had made something very new for a timeline story. Adding a person (Griffin) that can see and predict several cases and even of hisself and laughs with it like constantly changing his text and constantly saying what he likes and that even a small thing that has been forgotten let's him see a total different plot is genius. Yet, it is some what the same like other stories, most jokes could be seen from far and some attacks where also assumed to play out. The ending is melodramatic with a sad and good ending what makes me feel a little bit bad with this movie. But most of the film was easy to predict but Boris, who looks and sounds like a werewolf to me, let him get pissed on himself was hilarious. The beginning with the alienlanguage would have been intresting if people had translated it.

I give the movie a well earned 7/10

The Veggi Lady

I'm in a dubio. Some events were a little predictable and honestly some jokes were a bit lame and very idiotic. Next to that was the acting, the movie itself and the special effects just spectacular and magical.
You are drawn in the movie. It was to cool for words. The predictable events and lame jokes are a pitty cause it pulls the scores down. They actually don't deserve that because... Wow, what a movie! It sounds so silly but to me it was a 10+ worth.

Oh, what the hell... I giver it a 9/10 anyhow

But next time don't make those stupid beauty faults and then you have the perfect movie. This was an emotional rollercoaster to me. Thanks to the creaters, the designers, acters and all employees for this movie.
You made my filmnight a blast!

The Avengers

The Avengers
Everyone was pretty excited and so were we! The best superheroes ever created where for the first time put together in a movie!!!! My son was asking me it for a half year if the movie was out and if I bought it. So here is our review on the movie.

The Avengers was a spectacular good movie. It was very realistic, the costumes were beautiful and the special effects were simply amazing! The story was loud and clearly. Scarlet Johansen brought sexy into revenge. But there are several things that bother me. One thing is that two of the founding Avengers were missing! Okey, they aren't easy to create in a movie, they aren't really known in Europe and they don't have their own movies but neither do Hawkeye and Black Widow. The Avengers who are missing are Ant-Man and Wasp. If you don't know much about the comic world then you wouldn't miss them but real fans do and so do I! But next to this there is also War Machine, shield agent James Rhodes, was missing. He was introduced in Iron Man 2, as shield agent he would have come and save the world! He ain't an Avenger but he would have come, seeing the fact he is a shield agent. The least they could have done was mention him.
Something like: "Sorry, War Machine is in Irak doing a Mission!". But no! Now it seems as he doesn't exists!

I found the move explosivly cool and the characters where incredible awsome!!!!
I really love it, give me more please!!! Fantastic special effects, really good story, inredible images.

The Hunger Games

Yes, I have the first movie to begin with. I saw him with my son.

The Hunger Games
It's a well know movie I guess. I've heard a lot of commotion around it so I checked it out and here are our opinions.

 It's a fairly smart movie for a futuristic Minotaur-like story. Okey, it doesn't have a monster in it but it is based on that idea. The special effects where nice, good costumes, it has been thought through but is this gonna be milked out like Twilight? The love story isn't complete and the truth in the story and the true function of the story are missing. That's how I see it. Maybe the sequel will clarify it but if it's gonna be a love triangle then it's going to be like Twilight and be milked out.

Therefor I give it a 7/10

The Veggi Lady
 It is a real exciting and well invented movie. It was well acted and really believable. The movie had beautiful sets and the difference between poor and rich was really clear. The clothes are colorful, the story was fun and the characters were extremely cool. The special effects were also really funny. This movie makes you think about other movies. The ending is to open and it's sometimes confusing thanks to some images and the movements of the cameras. Several scenes are also too long.

I give the movie a 8/10
